Providence distiller is making waves with another sea-inspired liquor. Seaflow, a maritime-inspired gin, is made with local oysters and seaweed. It's naturally ocean blue in color.

ISCO also makes Ostreida Oyster Vodka, introduced in 2022 as a first in the nation, as part of its lineup of craft spirits. Seaflow joins the portfolio on May 9.

The gin highlights the artistry and sustainable commitment of distillers Dan Neff and Eric Olson, said Manya Rubinstein, CEO of ISCO. They make Seaflow from scratch starting with regeneratively farmed organic corn, produced over a two-month-long process to create a creamy, high-proof neutral spirit.

With a fresh citrus aroma, followed by flavors of light juniper, delicate seaweed, smoked kombu, candied fennel, sorrel and peppercorn, Seaflow Gin is made for gimlets, fizzes, martinis, Collins鈥 and tropical or citrus drinks.

"We鈥檙e especially pleased to be collaborating with Loliware on a special light blue colored compostable seaweed-based straw in honor of this exciting launch,鈥 she said. Loliware was recently named one of America鈥檚 leading Greentech companies by Time magazine.
